Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sadhana AI (the "Service"), an AI-powered yoga education and class-building platform.

Throughout these Terms, "Sadhana AI", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the provider of the Service. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Sadhana AI provides tools for yoga teachers and practitioners, including an AI class builder, a mentor assistant, a knowledge library, and related educational content. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• probe, scan, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, or circumvent technical limits;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate yoga sequences, explanations, and other content. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying their accuracy and safety before applying them in a class or personal practice. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for educational purposes only — they are not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.

We reserve the right to moderate, filter, or refuse outputs, and to suspend accounts that misuse the AI features (for example, to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, harassment, or malware, or to jailbreak the model).

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our publicly available Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sadhana AI operates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
